Staff Spotlight Series: Jessica Purdy

Get to know Jessica Purdy.

Jessica recently started with us in September as a Medical Administrative Assistant. Her roles include answering the phones, scheduling office procedures, patient support, and data analysis.

Jessica is coming to us having just graduated from UMass Amherst and majored in Public health and managerial economics.

Prior to joining the Facial Nerve Center, Jessica spent 6 years working as a server at restaurants. And in her free time enjoys hanging out with family & friends, reading, and playing tennis.

Jessica is looking to gain experience in the medical field while working alongside the incredible physicians at Mass. Eye & Ear. She says this job is the perfect way to get started in a field she's excited about.
